Responsibilities

Assist in supervising the medication program.
Assess patients for any decline of condition.
Promote a positive and supportive work environment for all.
Remain alert to physical and emotional changes and complications and report any significant incidents and/or changes in the patients' needs to the Executive Director/Resident Services Director.
Confer with patients and families on any issues relating to care and services.
Assist in supervising activity in medication room and self-administration of medication by patients.
Assess any changes in patients' change in DLs, decline in ambulation, or any troubling signs of decline of condition.
